Strength in numbers has been a proven formula for success in Hydroflight going all the way back to the early days and the original Team Aquafly members. Team Canfly soon emerged, embracing athletes on all boards and by pooling resources for training became and continue to be a dominant force. Now the sport of Hydroflight welcomes a new combination of amazing talent under the title HYDRO UNITED.
In preparation for the most intense year of Hydroflight competition to date, Hydro United have come together with the Poseidon Games World Tour squarely in their sights. Poseidon Games is a five country Hydroflight tour beginning on February 15 – 17, 2018 in Sharjah, UAE.
So who are these Hydro United team members?
Ben Merrell – HydroFest Champion, Battle On The Rock 2017 – 6th Place
Hunter Verlander – HydroFest 2nd Place, Battle On The Rock 2017 – 3rd Place

It’s exciting to see another Hydroflight team come together and represent what the Poseidon Games and the Open Hydroflight movement is all about. Athletes flying their preferred boards, supported by a variety of sponsors and helping each other to find that next competitive level. The last few years have seen tremendous growth in terms of athletes skills and in 2018 we expect everyone from the judges, athletes and media to value attention to detail and execution over all else when it comes to Jetboard freestyle at a world class level.
Welcome Team Hydro United and welcome back to the awesome Gemma Weston! See you in Sharjah.
